Day 8. Joy
Mother to two boys.... days can be filled with screaming, crying, arguing, and sometimes... just some strange nosies traveling through my home. But, my heart fills with joy and love when I hear these two playing. The simplicity of their conversations, the guidance of the big brother and the love and admiration in my little one's voice towards his big brother.

Day 7. Pink
In a house full of boys, I turn to my studio for pink. I am not really a pink kinda of girl. But here in this one little room, hangs those shades of pinks.

Day 6. How do I feel right now?
I feel like I am rising from one place to a new place. A new beginning, a new awakening, a new path towards where I want to be.

Day 5. Collaboration
Stepping back to give these two some time together. I love building Legos I think more than my own kids do. Today Dad took the spot light. I love my little one's anticipation as they build it. His words along the way, "this is complicated". I then run around behind them, asking if I can use the "Krackle" to save everything they build.

Day 4. Clear
I had a busy day with sessions today. I had a minute to take everything down outside. I love the holidays, but I I love the declutter of the mundane. Or I just love the mundane. Not sure if I am making sense. But my home is clear of all that is holiday related. Let's get this new year started!

Day 3. Expectations for my Journey.
This year, I want to get back to capturing my little ones. The reason why I started photographing to begin with, was capturing my personal life. My friends use to tease me, I could not go anywhere without a camera in my hand. So now I want to get back to the joy and love of capturing my life, our life.... our story.

Day 2. Blank Slate
The new year opens the door to start everything fresh and new. Everyday I can leave yesterday behind. I have my not so blank calendar book, already half full with work. I am really excited to move into this year with some new and fun things happening.

Cheers to a New a Year!
Day 1: The Start of My Journey. I am going to attempt picking up my camera more for myself this year. I love just being creative, but life has a funny way of sneaking in, and taking time somewhere. Where does it go? Two kids, a hubby, and running a business, really takes it up all my time. But this year, I want to aim for shooting everyday. I want to capture my little ones' everyday life. I hope you hang in there for the ride with me. I am excited for this years venture! My
